When you need to cut rolled materials, such as carpet, linoleum, landscape fabric, paper, or more, the OLFA 45 mm 45-C rolling material cutter is the ideal tool for the job.

This hand-held cutter starts with a solid base that protects the surface underneath the cut. The sturdy ABS handle offers a wide, comfortable grip that's easy to push, even with gloves. The flat and robust base glides over the base surface for a safe and damage-free cut.

The tool comes pre-loaded with an extra-sharp 45 mm tungsten steel OLFA rotary blade. The blade is fixed in place to provide leverage and easy cutting of demanding building materials. Each blade offers (12) cutting points for handling high volumes of work with fewer blade changes. When one section becomes dull, loosen the wing nut and slightly rotate the blade to a new sharp edge.
