MPC-165 Epoxy MVB - Super Fast Cure

MPC-165 is a two-component, 100% solids epoxy coating with ultra-fast curing designed to control water vapor emissions on new or deteriorated concrete floors. This coating is recommended for application as a primer in high humidity areas or on damp concrete. When applied at an 18-mil thickness, it exceeds the ASTM F3010 product requirements for vapor permeance. This coating will withstand water vapor emission rates of up to 25 lb/24 h/1000 ft² when applied correctly.
